2027 CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND FEES

ALL DUES RATES INCLUDE UNLIMITED USE OF THE RANGE, PRACTICE FACILITIES & SOCIAL ACTIVITY FEES.

TOURNAMENT FEES ARE INCLUDED IN ANNUAL DUES FOR ALL TIER I, TIER II, AND ASSOCIATE GOLD MEMBERS.

FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIPS

• Tier I allows for UNLIMITED GOLF Anytime. 14 day advance tee time reservations.
• Tier II allows for UNLIMITED GOLF. Weekdays Anytime, weekends after Noon. 10 day advance tee time reservations.
All Full Golf Memberships have a $1,800 Annual Food and Beverage Minimum*

Intermediate (31-40) 
Tier I Single Dues* – $5,150  |  Initiation – $2,000
Tier I Family Dues* – $6,125  |  Initiation – $2,000
Tier II Single Dues* – $4,050  |  Initiation – $1,000
Tier II Family Dues* – $4,925  |  Initiation – $1,000

Traditional (41-64)

Seniors (65+)

Associate Gold Membership
Tee time access ANYTIME. Rounds MAY be used for accompanied guests. 14 Day advance tee time reservations. Privileges include Club Dining and Social Events.

TWILIGHT GOLF is a BONUS for Associate Gold Members as Twilight rounds are not counted towards the Annual Round allotment. All Associate Gold Memberships have a $1,100 Annual Food and Beverage Minimum.*

30 Rounds of Golf Included – Single Dues* – $3,850  |  Initiation – $1,500
50 Rounds of Golf Included – Family Dues* – $6,275  |  Initiation – $2,000

Junior Golf Membership
Junior Membership requires a $500 Initiation Fee.

Tier I (26-30) Dues – $3,500 Single | $4,325 Family (14 day tee time reservations, No restrictions)

Tier II (18-25) Dues – $2,900 (10 day tee time reservations, No restrictions)

Tier III (15-21) Dues – $2,450 (7 day tee time reservations, Weekdays anytime – Weekends & Holidays after 1pm)

Tier IV (14<) Dues – $1,700 (7 day tee time reservations, Tues-Thurs after 10am and Friday-Sunday & Holidays after 2pm)

Full Golf & Associate Gold Membership Upgrade to Pool, Tennis and Fitness
Annual Dues – $2,125  | Initiation – $2,000

Cart Fees and Annual Cart Pass – Full Golf Members, Associate Gold Members, and Applicable Junior Members

Cart Fees are required for all Full Golf Members, Associate Gold Members, and Applicable Junior Members. Cart Fees are not included in the Annual Dues figure noted above.

An Annual Cart Pass which allows for unlimited cart usage is available.

Use of the Pool, Tennis and Fitness Facilities. Club Dining and Social Events Included.

Annual F&B Minimum – $650

Associate Golf Membership
Tee time access Weekdays anytime and weekends after Noon. Rounds MAY be used for accompanied guests. 7 Day
